While we have many of the skills and experiences of the “big” consultants, we have friendlier rates, practices, and a more hands-on approach.

While we have deep experience, training, and partnerships with a number of specific “big box” software brands, our mission goes beyond that. Where a particular software product and application of a technology will solve your business problem, we recommend it, and we will deliver results. Where something else – perhaps a different way of managing a process, or of gathering or storing information – is the right answer, we will still deliver results, though we may not deliver software!
We offer expertise, not “bodies.”
While we are flexible in how we staff projects and we do work well with a wide variety of project management situations, we do not supply our consultants per se, and we are not therefore a “staffing” operation. The occasional exception is our world-class project managers, if the skills and needs match is a compelling one and our resource can commit to the requisite timeframe.
We are aware that “consulting firm” means many things, and not all of the initial reactions are positive. Bluestone is a different kind of consulting company.
